Launching A Logo Business? - Small Business Ideas Forum

As a graphic designer, I was wondering how I can set up a business for creating custom graphic logos for other businesses, organizations, etc.
Also, I'm not sure about the standard price for one logo, but I've heard logos were sold for up to $100 each before.
I was thinking about starting a website with my portfolio and a contact form, but how would I advertise it and put it in business?
Do you guys have any ideas?
